I came in suffering from extreme difficulty breathing and chest pain and all what they did was a urine test with a fake wrong results. The doctor just came in for 10 seconds and left and the nurse just showed up once and when I tried to ask for him no one even came. I was in need for a pain killer. They didnβt give me even an oxygen or do a blood test. Horrible hospital.

π€ @fromloss2legacy710 β’ @elfstoneandie June 11, 2026 β’ Late-night discharge frustrations π₯ I genuinely try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with security at the Huntington Beach Emergency Room left me shaking my head. Timeline: I checked in. I was admitted. I sat quietly. I waited patiently. I caused absolutely zero problems. No disturbance. No confrontation. No disruption. Just a patient waiting to be seen. At some point after being admitted, a security guard decided my backpack deserved more attention than I did. The bag was searched and multiple items were taken, including nicotine vape batteries, a Geek Bar, nail clippers, and two cannabis vape cartridgesβone of which was still sealed in its original packaging. The retail value of everything wasnβt insignificant, especially for someone carefully managing limited resources. What made the situation worse wasnβt even the confiscation itself. It was the communication. Initially, I was led to believe the items might be held and returned later. Fair enough. I donβt have to like the policy, but at least that would make sense. Then, right as I was leaving the hospital, I was informed the it

π€ @fromloss2legacy710 β’ @elfstoneandie June 11, 2026 β’ 11:45 PM β’ Emergency room frustrations π₯ I donβt leave many negative reviews, but this experience at the Huntington Beach Emergency Room security checkpoint left me frustrated and disappointed. I came to the emergency room seeking medical care. After being admitted into the building, I sat quietly and patiently waiting to be seen. I wasnβt causing any problems. I wasnβt being disruptive. I wasnβt arguing with staff. I was simply waiting for medical treatment. At some point after being admitted, security decided to go through my backpack. During that search, they confiscated multiple items including nicotine vape batteries, a Geek Bar device, nail clippers, and two legal cannabis vape products. One of the cannabis products was still sealed in its original packaging. What bothered me wasnβt simply the confiscation itself. If there is a policy prohibiting certain items, explain the policy. Document the policy. Store the items securely. Allow patients to retrieve their property upon discharge. Those are solutions. Instead, I was later informed that the items had been thrown away. Not stored. Not checked. Not held for

Dirtiest Hospital I've ever been in. Staff isn't doing their job professionally. They are just sitting around chitchatting while patients are not even being acknowledged. Worst service ever!

Waited over 6 hours and watched everyone who came in after me leave hours before me. No information given by receptionist. Going to try Hoag hospital next hoping for better treatment.
